American Dream Hosting reserves the right to cancel your account without notice or refund if you are in violation of the terms of service. You may not use our servers for any of the following: Warez (Pirated Software), Adult Content, SPAMming, IRC, Any Illegal activities.

Privacy policy

American Dream Hosting does not in any way sell or share your personal information or E-mail address. Under no circumstances are any sort of child pornography or similar materials allowed on these servers. Anyone not in compliance with this rule waves all rights and WILL be reported to law enforcement.

Our billing system uses Paypal Subscriptions so we do not have any of your financial information whatsoever.

Data from cancelled accounts will be removed from our system and destroyed no more than 90 days after cancellation. Backups of your information and settings are your own responsibility.
